Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every booking made with Party Booth UAE, a trading brand of Sukoon Al Maa Electronics Trading LLC ("Sukoon Electronics") ("we", "us"). By confirming a booking you agree to them.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed only when a 50% advance payment has been received. Until then, your date is not held and may be offered to another client.
The remaining balance is due on or before the event day, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and, unless stated, exclude transportation. Transportation is AED 250 inside Dubai and AED 400 elsewhere in the UAE.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote. Published prices may change, but a confirmed booking is honoured at its agreed price.

Cancellations and changes

If you cancel, the 50% advance is non-refundable, as it holds your date and covers our scheduling and preparation.
Date or time changes are subject to availability. We will always try to accommodate a change, but cannot guarantee it during peak season.
If we ever have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid or a rescheduled date.

On the event day

Please ensure we have safe access, a suitable flat and level setup area, and a standard power socket within reach of the booth. Space requirements are on each service page.
Our team arrives before your booked start time to set up. Setup and teardown do not count against your booked hours.
A trained attendant operates the booth for the whole booking. For everyone's safety, our equipment is operated by our team only.
If access, power or space is not as described and this delays or prevents setup, the booked hours are not extended and the fee remains payable.

Venue approvals and effects

Where a venue requires documentation for our equipment or for stage effects (cold spark, fog, confetti), we will provide it on request. It is the client's responsibility to secure venue permission.
Stage effects are operated by our technicians and are subject to the venue's rules on the day.

Your guests' media

Photos, videos and GIFs created at the booth are shared with guests who request them and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you would like the full event gallery for your own use, tell us in advance so consent can be handled correctly at the booth.

Liability

We maintain our equipment carefully and operate it responsibly. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, road closures or force majeure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate in which Sukoon Al Maa Electronics Trading LLC is registered.
