From clients and enquirers
- Name, email address, phone and WhatsApp number
- Event details: type, date, time, location and requirements
- Financial and billing information needed to invoice a booking
From booth users at events
- Photos, videos, GIFs and Boomerangs captured at the booth
- Optionally, a phone number or email address, only where a guest asks us to send their media
From website visitors
- IP address, browser information and usage data, collected through analytics

- To prepare quotations and fulfil bookings
- To deliver photos and videos to guests who request them
- To invoice and keep accounting records
- To improve our website and services
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform a contract with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
We keep client data for as long as is contractually and legally necessary. Event photos and videos are deleted after the gallery has been delivered, unless the client has given consent for portfolio use.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example hosting and analytics), and only as far as needed.
Your rights
