What changes when you book outside Dubai

Two things, and we would rather be upfront about both:

1. Transport is charged at our outside-Dubai rate. It is on the pricing page and it does not change based on how far into Abu Dhabi you are.
2. We arrive earlier. The drive is what it is, and event nights are unpredictable. Our setup window is planned around that, not around optimism.

Everything else — free attendant, custom branding, instant sharing, setup and teardown outside your booked hours — is identical.

Yas Island and the big venues

Yas has some of the largest event spaces in the country, and large rooms change what works. In a big ballroom, a single booth in a corner disappears. If your guest count is high, either put the booth somewhere unavoidable or run two.

We will tell you honestly if one booth is going to be swallowed by the room.

Corniche hotels

Same pattern as Dubai's hotel venues: service lift, booked get-in window, security clearance. Send us the venue contact and we will arrange it directly.

Majlis and private events

Private Abu Dhabi events often want a booth that works for family groups rather than a dance floor. That usually points to:

• Mirror Photo Booth — full-length, prints on the spot, and guests leave holding something.
• GIF Booth — quick, compact, and good with kids.

The 360 booth is brilliant, but it wants a crowd who will queue for it.

Stage effects travel too

Cold sparks, low fog and confetti all come to Abu Dhabi. Venue approval rules are much the same as Dubai — see our note on cold spark safety — and we supply the documentation your venue will ask for. Effects are quoted per event.
