Downtown skews corporate, and corporate has different needs
Most of what we do Downtown is not weddings. It is launches, award nights, staff parties and activations — and the brief is usually "make it look premium and get our logo into every post".
That is exactly what a branded overlay does, and we do not charge extra for it. Logo, campaign artwork, event hashtag, brand colours: included on every booth, every time.
Weekday evenings mean a tight get-in
Downtown venues are busy. A weekday corporate event typically means:
- A setup window that starts when the previous meeting ends
- Loading via a service bay with a booked slot
- Security clearance for our team and kit
None of it is difficult, but all of it needs the venue contact in advance. Give us their email and we will handle it.

We invoice properly, we can supply venue documentation for facilities teams, and we work to a 50% advance. If your procurement process needs something specific, tell us early — not the week of the event.
