The Marina's real constraint is access, not space

Most Marina venues are inside towers or hotel podiums. That means our kit arrives through a service entrance, goes up in a goods lift, and has to be through your venue's security in a booked window. It is completely routine — but it is why we ask for your venue contact early rather than the day before.

Give us the venue name and we will handle the access request directly with their events team.

Rooftops and terraces

The Marina has some of the best outdoor spaces in Dubai, and they come with two catches: wind and season.

• Wind. High terraces channel it. A 360 booth on a windy rooftop is not a good idea, and we will say so.
• Season. From November to March, outdoor Marina events are excellent. In peak summer, plan indoors or in a properly cooled space.

If your venue is outdoors, tell us and we will suggest the booth that copes best.

Yacht and boat events

We get asked, so: booths on boats are possible but restrictive. The GIF Booth is the only one of ours with a footprint small and light enough to be practical on most charters. A 360 booth needs a flat, stable 3m x 3m — which a moving deck is not.

Parking and transport

Marina parking is what it is. Our transport charge inside Dubai is fixed regardless, and it covers our team getting the kit to your room — not just to the building. Setup happens before your booked hours start, so nothing eats into your event.

Which booth suits a Marina venue?

Marina function rooms tend to be tall but narrow, with the dance floor tight against the seating. That favours:

• Mirror Photo Booth — the smallest footprint of our full-size booths, and it prints.
• 360 Video Booth — if you have a clear 3m x 3m beside the dance floor.
• Glam Bot — best at the entrance, where the arrival photos happen anyway.
